MOGADISHU, Nov 11–An official in charge of planning for Somalia Liberation Coalition has blasted the country’s struggling parties for sealing a reconciliation accord in the Saudi city of Jeddah on the initiative of Saudi King Abdullah.
Speaking to Alalam, Mahmoud Ahmad Nour said participants in the Jeddah meeting did not represent Somali people and were chosen by the caretaker government “therefore the agreement lacks any validity”. Read the rest of this entry »
